ONCE UPON A TIME
Love for nature and passion for the world of hairdressing met in 1990.
This union gave birth to Emmebi Italia. Since then, our Bergamo roots have been strengthened, inspiring our growth, always seeking out top-quality raw materials and products. Our ongoing collaboration with fashion and beauty experts has allowed us to create exclusive formulas to satisfy increasingly demanding and innovation-focused professionals.
Emmebi Italia is currently positioned in the hair cosmetics landscape, in a specific international market that is aware of its identity and ethics, attentive to nature, sustainability, and well-being.
1990
A DREAM THAT TRANSLATES INTO A CONCRETE GOAL
Few people know that Emmebi Italia was initially born out of a need to fill the shortage of natural professional products specifically for skin care. Adriano Vecchi and Fabio Ricci, longtime friends and salespeople with a strong desire to make a difference in the haircare world, decided to leverage their experience and knowledge of the industry to create their own brand with a single goal: to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in hair care and beauty. This is how the first Emmebi Italia logo was born.
1991
CREATIVITY MEETS PASSION
ADRIANO and FABIO have always been fueled by the desire to pursue a dream of diversity. The desire to express a different concept of beauty, combining specific values: quality, simplicity, respect, and uniqueness. A dream that then translates into a concrete goal: to ensure maximum efficiency and professionalism in the hairdressing world, offering top-quality products that respect both people and the environment. Thus the first Emmebi Italia headquarters was born, where creativity meets passion.
1993
SCIENCE AND NATURE, BEAUTY SOLUTIONS
We were the first in Italy to use Vitalized Water and essential oils in our scalp treatments. Thanks to our direct collaboration with our biologist and naturopath, Daniela Mantovani, we created our first Mineral Treatment line, consisting of 6 specific programs to address all scalp issues based on the Eastern philosophy of energy meridians.
1995
WE COLOR YOUR EMOTIONS WITH MINERALIZED ELEMENTS
The first cream coloring treatment with natural protector and mineralizing elements is born. Hair Tech contains a natural protective complex (Collagen, Vitamin C, 3.5%) and mineralizing elements with a specific restorative action.
1997
THE FIRST AMMONIA-FREE CREAM COLOR
Always with a focus on respect for the environment and the individual, Mineral Color Care was born, the first ammonia-free cream color with aloe vera extract.

Adriano and Fabio's vision has been clear from the very beginning of this great adventure: to make Emmebi Italia a "different" company, characterized by strong, authentic values capable of expanding, branching out, and being transmitted in a constant virtuous circle that involves everyone within the company, regardless of their role.
2003
EMMEBI ITALIA ARRIVES IN RUSSIA!
For the first time, Emmebi Italia exported to Russia, achieving enormous success and subsequently expanding to more than 30 countries.
2009
THE EXCELLENCE OF NATURE ENCLOSED IN AN EXCLUSIVE COLORING SYSTEM
Zer035 Color is the line of technical cream hair coloring products with and without ammonia. Proud of our origins, the name of the product line has a specific meaning: we come from Bergamo, and "035" comes from our city's telephone area code. Hence the decision to export this symbolic name worldwide.
2014
VEGAN COLOR WITH ESSENTIAL OILS IS BORN
Bio Etic Color Oil, a new hair color distinguished by the careful selection of active ingredients used, such as precious essential oils and state-of-the-art natural micropigments. A new addition to Emmebi Italia's offering, it perfectly complements the healthy principles of respect for individuals and the environment.
2015
WE RENOVATE THE HEADQUARTERS WITH OUR GREEN STYLE
We have restructured our company, demonstrating our obsessive obsession with detail and love of nature with our signature moss wall (Lichen), which is also featured in our logo, transforming our environment into something unique, alive, exclusive, and authentic. The need is to be close to nature, even while we work.
2016
MINERAL TREATMENT TODAY MEANS TOTAL GREEN FORMULA
By eliminating EDTA (a molecule harmless to humans but unpleasant to the environment) from its formulations and using even purer ingredients, we can now define Mineral Treatment as a TOTAL GREEN product. By avoiding the triad of petrochemicals, silicones, and preservatives in favor of formulas that are as active and natural as possible, we ensure a synergistic action with biological processes, thus breaking the vicious cycle of ingredients that alter or aggravate the oxidation and sensitization processes of the hair. Bio-formulations and precious essential oils, Vitalized Water, and active apple plant stem cells have been adopted. The formulas are free of: SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), petrochemicals, pesticides, synthetic fragrances, parabens, artificial colors, formaldehyde, and alcohol where possible.

SNAIL SLIME EXTRACT "HELIX ASPERSA MULLER": long known for its excellence in cosmetic treatments, we decided to enrich the formulas of our haircare products with this simple yet exclusive active ingredient, and we are among the first in Italy, and in the world, to do so.
